Meet Your Coach

Lisa Reynoso

My name is Lisa Reynoso, and I have found freedom from the food obsession and binge-eating behaviors that caused me to lose and gain the same 30 pounds over and over.

My story with food is not very unusual. As a child, I was always slender, thanks to a being active and having a generally healthy diet. But I was taught some bad habits around food, such as forcing myself to finish whatever was on my plate, eating dessert after already being full, helping to finish up the last bit of food so there wouldn’t be leftovers, etc. My mom was overweight all of my life, and although I didn’t know at the time, my dad was bulimic. Their examples of eating laid the foundation for seeing dysfunctional eating styles as normal. Starting in my 20’s, I started a cycle of gaining and losing weight, with periods of maintaining a low weight, but always eventually—especially when pregnant—going back up again. I experimented with different kinds of plans to lose weight—two meals a day, calorie counting, portion sizes, etc. They all worked until I lost motivation and ended up gaining it back again.

Most recently, I had gained 25 pounds in 3 months, and I was desperate for a solution. I tried Overeaters Anonymous, 75 Hard, and sheer willpower, and nothing worked for long. Then I found Glenn Livingstone and the Never Binge Again system. It changed my life. I stopped obsessing about food and began to lose the weight at a pace that was sustainable—not with diet, but with a new mindset. It also began to affect other areas of my life unrelated to food. It didn’t take me long to realize that this system was the answer I had been looking for, and my desire to help others led me to train under him to be a coach, so that I could help others achieve the success I have had.

I want to help you find the freedom I now experience, too. Fill out the form below to book a free 45-minute session, where I’ll introduce you to the Never Binge Again system and start you on the journey that will change your life too.
